Many people often find it challenging or don't know how to wash or maintain their sports gear, especially if it's printed. So we'll be giving you a few tips on how to keep your clothes clean and fresh without ruining your print!

Washing Sports Gear
- Don't leave dirty sports gear in the basket for too long...odours will become harder to wash out otherwise.
- Use high quality detergents when washing sports clothing and make sure you read the correct dosage on the label before using it!
- Fabric softener can make your sportswear less absorbant and a lot less breathable so it's best to avoid using it.
- To preserve any printing on your clothing make sure you turn it inside out before washing. When ironing your clothes, make sure to not iron the area of your clothing that is printed.

Washing Shoes
- Remove shoelaces to prevent them from being tangled. You can wash these in the machine once they've been taken off..
- Remove any dirt or mud with a soft bristled brush. If your shoes are extremely dirty then you can use a mixture of water and detergent on the outside.
- Always check the label on your shoes to see if they're machine washable. If they are then put them inside a mesh laundry bag and run on a cool cycle. If they aren't machine washable then wash them in a bucket of cool water.
- To dry your shoes stuff the inside with neswpapers to absorb moisture and leave them to dry somewhere warm and moisture free.
